Reservation Types & Pricing
Non-Refundable – If you chose the “Non-Refundable” reservation and payment option at checkout, your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refundable – If you chose the “Refundable” reservation and payment option at checkout, your deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled 5 days prior to the requested pick-up.
Full Insurance – Protect your deposit by ensuring a full return of the rental deposit, even if unforeseen damage occurs.
Refundable Security / Booking Deposit – This is the deposit that will be initially requested via email to confirm and book your reservation. The balance will be due on or before pickup. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is paid. The $500 security deposit (the “Security Deposit”) is required for each camping trailer rental and due at the time of booking. The security deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside, and/or damages to the outside of the camping trailer during your rental period. In addition, a $200 black and gray tank dump fee may be charged for rentals returned prior to sanitary dumping. A 62 Sales associate may request a paid receipt of the dump. If necessary, additional costs associated with missing or damaged items inside or outside the trailer may be charged to your credit or debit card on file. The security deposit may also be used to pay any monies owed to 62 Sales after the unit is returned in good condition under this agreement. Any damage incurred over the initial $500 security will be directed towards the tow vehicle insurance policy unless insurance was purchased at the time of rental. Please note: Our merchant processor states that it may take 7-10 business days once the unit is checked in and confirmed for your deposit to hit your bank. Once we process the deposit through our merchant processor, the turnaround times are out of our hands.
Definitions – “Agreement” means all terms and conditions found in this form, any addendum, and any additional materials we provide at the time of reservation/rental. “You” or “your” means the person identified as the renter on this form, any persons signing this agreement, and any person or organization to whom charges are billed by us at its or the renter's direction. All persons referred to as “you” or “your” are jointly and severally bound by this agreement. “We,” “our,” or “us” means 62 Sales, LLC. “Trailer” means the non-motorized trailer identified in this agreement. “Loss of use” means the loss of our right or ability to use the trailer for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the trailer until it is repaired or replaced by the daily rental rate.
Rental Indemnity and Warranties – This is a contract for the temporary use of the trailer within the geographic region provided in the rental contract. This contract does not provide any other party the right to tow or otherwise move the trailer. Unauthorized use of the trailer outside of the geographic region and uses noted above will result in, at minimum, a loss of the security deposit and potentially legal action. We may repossess the trailer at your expense without notice if the trailer is abandoned or used in violation of any applicable laws or this agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us, and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs, and attorney fees we incur resulting from or arising out of this rental and your use of the trailer. We make no warranties, express, implied, or apparent, regarding the trailer, including no warranty of merchantability and no warranty that the trailer is fit for a particular purpose.
Toll Fees (If Applicable) – All rental units are tracked by onboard GPS tracking devices. Any rental unit pulled across a toll bridge will be billed accordingly. Toll fees will be deducted from your rental deposit.
Campground Reservations (If Applicable) – We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental prices and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.
