A custom 180 degree batwing style awning with integrated LED lighting creates a large, functional outdoor living space. The exterior is equipped with a full outdoor shower system, complete with a privacy changing surround and pass thru access into the cabin. An expanded front mounted aluminum water tank increases off grid capability, and there is an available LP upgrade with a tankless hot water heater for those wanting hot water on demand.  Every detail, from wiring to fitment, has been carefully completed and verified through a full pre delivery inspection.

Inside, the 12LRK features a 58 in by 88 in sleeping area along with a convertible sofa that transforms into a bed. A hidden floor table maximizes usable space, and dual entry cabin doors provide easy access from either side.
